For those who haven't ever read the OOTP Manual, it really has a lot of good useful information in it. So I am linking it here as I start to create this helpful area of learning.

P.S. If anybody has anything they thing should be added to our GM For Dummies forums, please let me know. And if you would be willing to add some of your own work, please let me know as well. Obviously there are more points of view in Baseball then just my own, so more help from others is great too.
